Hello!

I’m Harriet, and I’ve been working to support small businesses and solo entrepreneurs for about 8 years now. The umbrella term is ‘Virtual Assistant’, which is a job title a lot of people haven’t heard before. A lot of the time when I explain what it means, the response is ‘Oh, I need one of those!’ 🎉

How can I help?

Many of my clients start out with a marketing audit, where I take a look at your website, your social media, and any existing marketing plans you have and give some advice and tips on how things could be polished up a little. You can leave it here and implement those changes yourself, or we could work together each month and I could take it on myself. But not all clients need an audit! Some clients already have a great marketing plan that they're happy with, and they just need an extra pair of hands so they can focus on running their business.

That’s what it’s all about really: taking some tasks off your hands to free up your time, and giving you advice and ideas when you’d like it. That can look like writing website content, blogging, email marketing, posting on social media, streamlining your processes, looking at your customer journey, refining your content pillars, email management, and admin.
